Our mission is to develop the next generation of women leaders through sports. Playing sports builds powerful leadership skills and student-athletes have enormous career potential. Her Next Play programs inspire girls to stay in sports, help girls develop as leaders through sports, and help athletes launch and accelerate their careers.
