INCLUSION

We respect differences and welcome allies. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to achieve their potential.

PARTNERSHIP

We unite people and organizations with the belief that we make a stronger impact together.

We welcome anyone who identifies with our mission to participate in our community.
We use "women and girls" in a gender expansive way, to include cis, trans, non-binary, gender non-conforming, and any women-identified or girl-identified person.

Her Next Play Non-Discrimination Policy

Her Next Play is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our community, including staff, volunteers, program participants, partners, and vendors. We value diversity and we stand together against systematic inequities and discrimination of all types.

Her Next Play does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, pregnancy, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of program participants, volunteers, vendors, partners, and provision of programs and services.

"I want every girl — of every ethnicity, of every sexuality, of every body type, of every ability, of every economic class — to grow up in a world where their possibilities feel limitless. A world where being born female doesn’t mean being born at a disadvantage."

Minnesota Lynx Coach, Cheryl Reeve
